Webmail Interface

1. Toolbar

This section has buttons to bring you to the different services available. Hover over each icon to see where it goes. The options are Email, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Notes and More. Under More, you'll find Team Workspaces, News Feeds, File Storage, Reports, and Settings (Domain Admins will see two additional options in this menu: Domain Reports and Domain Settings.) Simply click on an option to go to that screen.

2. Folders

The left section is the list of folders. You can create new folders and manipulate them here. You cannot rename or delete the four default folders shown above.

3. Emails

The middle section is the list of e-mails in the folder you are in. The top shows who sent the e-mail and on what date/time. If today, it only shows the time. The next line shows the subject for the e-mail. The bottom line shows the size of the e-mail, if there are any attachments, and if the e-mail is flagged or not. New e-mails are listed in bold, as you can see by the last e-mail listed above.

4. Reading Pane

The right section is the contents of the e-mail selected. The top grey part is the header of the e-mail, showing the sender and who the e-mail was sent to, the date and time the e-mail was sent, and other pertinent information. The blue S in the example above is an automatic placeholder for a contact image. If you have the e-mail address in your contacts list, and you have uploaded an image for this contact, the image would display here instead of an S. If no contact exists, you will see the first letter of the sender's e-mail address. Below this grey header is the contents of the e-mail.

5. Options

These options affect the currently open or highlighted e-mail(s). The ellipsis button provides additional options like marking e-mails as spam or not spam.

6. Personal Menu

This menu is where you will find the Log Off button. It also has the chat status options such as available, away or do not disturb.
